The Carlton Accommodation consists of 1 Double Room and 1 Twin Room on the ground floor and an addiitional Twin Room on the first floor with en-suite facilities. There is a comfortable residents' lounge with televison, midi hi-fi system, tea and coffee making facilities and a selection of reading material. The well appointed bathroom adjoins the Twin bedded room and is almost immediately opposite the Double Room. |

The Breakfast Room is light and airy offering superb views of the surrounding rural Dorset countryside. The table seats up to six people at once. The bathroom consists of a low level wc, sink with shaver point, full size bath and shower cubicle. There is also a heated towel rail.
Bedrooms are comfortably furnished both having bedside lamps and ample warbrobe and drawer space. |
